Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Late Arrivals

Out of respect for other clients' schedules, if you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The full service fee will still apply.

Zero Tolerance for Misconduct

All massages are strictly therapeutic and professional. Any illicit, aggressive, or sexual remarks, advances, or requests will result in the immediate termination of the session. The client will be required to pay the full service fee and will be banned from the studio. If necessary, legal authorities will be notified.

Draping Policy

For your safety and comfort, proper therapeutic draping is required at all times. Only the specific body part being actively worked on will be undraped.

Therapist Contact

Clients should not exchange personal contact information with therapists or request services outside of the studio environment.

Scope of Practice

Massage therapy is intended to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and relieve muscle tension. Our therapists do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or perform spinal adjustments.

Medical Disclosure

Clients must complete a health history form before their first session. It is your responsibility to inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancies.

Pregnancy Policy

Pregnant clients should consult their healthcare provider before booking. As a precaution, we do not perform prenatal massages during the first trimester.

PK Fitness and Wellness treats client health information as confidential and limits its use and disclosure consistent with applicable law and professional obligations.

Age Requirements

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive a massage alone. Minors under 18 may receive treatment only if a parent or guardian signs a consent form and remains in the treatment room during the entire session.

Right to Refuse Service

The studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, intoxication, poor hygiene, or contagious skin conditions.

Ambiance and Devices

To maintain a peaceful environment, please turn off or silence all cell phones before entering the treatment rooms.
