I have been following Peggy at PK Fitness on social media for a while.  However I never had the opportunity to check her out due to my busy lifestyle. On two occasions she was promoting just what I was looking for at the exact time I was looking for it. One was her "No Sugar" Challenge and the second one was a Stretch Session. 

As a new retiree, I want to be able to enjoy my retirement. For me that means being spiritually, mentally, and physically fit. Since I love to run, I decided to start back slowly by walking first.  I quickly realized that my muscles, joints and range of movement was not what it use to be. I knew I needed to stretch before walking but I was so tight I could not do it alone and do it correctly.  I needed help. That is where PK Fitness came into the picture with her PK Fitness Stretch Sessions. I didn't even think twice. 

I immediately requested a stretch session with Peggy and was so excited I showed up on the wrong day.  Let me tell you I have not stop talking about her Stretch Sessions. I have told everyone that I walk with they should check her out. I cannot begin to tell you how amazing my body felt after being thoroughly and professionally stretched in just one session. I was not disappointed. It was well worth the money spent. 

Her technique was challenging however it was just what I needed. Peggy was able to pin point all the right areas of my body to ensure I safely stretched without causing bodily harm.  I felt like I had a physical therapist, chiropractor, and private trainer all in one.  In the end I walked out of her gym feeling like a new person. Peggy you are the real deal. One session is not enough, I'll be seeing you soon.
